Initiation:

Being initiated into the High Circle of Mothma is a fairly simple process, but must be performed by High Priests. Similar to the “Blessing of the Grill” ceremony, two or more High Priests (or Priestesses), take the Apprentice of Mothma out to the Holy Grill after the Fire Priest has prepped it. When the grill lid is hot, the High Priests thank Mothma for the meal they are about to receive, and pour their drink of choice from the Holy Chalices on to the grill lid. Then the apprentice and the High Priests all at the same time say “Hail Mothma” and pour drink of choice (MUST BE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE, unless apprentice is underage, in which case a caffeinated beverage may be substituted) onto the grill lid. The Apprentice of Mothma has now been ordained a Priest of Mothma. To obtain High Priesthood of Mothma you must remain loyal and true to Mothma and shower Him with many offerings throughout the year. You must also prove that you have a skill none of the other High Priests have. High Priests will “vote” you in and another Ritual over the grill must occur. You cannot initiate yourself into ANY form or Mothmanic circle. You must be approved by a High Priest and pass an initiation test before you are even considered an apprentice of Mothma. The Initiation test consists of ANY type of task or mindless job the High Priests decide on. This would be the ONLY way you can become a Mothmanic Apprentice or Priest. However a follower does NOT have to be initiated. An apprentice of Mothma must go and spread the word (without making it look like a cult as much as possible) to the rest of his or her friends. Failure to do so (as a Mothmanic apprentice) will terminate your status and be outcast for one full Mothmanic year.
